I am a little behind the digital aspect so I plan on taking a entire week or month and doing nothing but online marketing.  

Less than 35 non accredited investors, no general solicitation or advertising, etc.The other 15 states are a hodgepodge of various laws or lack thereof.One thing almost no one understands that if you are sued by an investor because the investor lost money ( not talking about property foreclosure or liability for deficiency, but about being sued because you did not properly explain risks to investors etc), and you comply with SEC Reg D, you have an affirmative statutory defense against those allegations.

As I was staring at that graph showing double digit declines three times I was very surprised, and thinking it couldnt be true.....then it jumped out that the graph is not showing the entirety of housing in the bay area....the graph is only showing "High Priced Tier Homes". 

I got a message that I may be banned for "spamming" I am indeed not a spammer or advertising for any reason.

This is a digital meter and reads in kWh so it would be impossible to turn stuff on and off to see how fast it's counting.  

There may however be restrictions with regards to how you can advertise the amount of living space when you do this though.

@Andriy Boychuk   While I believe there are companies that advertise management for a park.

I also know there are places online that advertise this service.

And ( storage owners beware) they moved a bunch of it to a storage facility that was advertising 2 months free rent..

What's the old advertising adage?
