I normally provide $50 bonus to the tenant leaving if they allow me to show the units to prospective tenants before the tenants move out.

Each side is 2 bed 1 bath with a bonus room they say could be another bedroom in each.

Some people seemed to have issue with the tankless hot water heaters, especially if they were on the north wall and unprotected from north wind.Never really had any electrical issues, but I keep thinking as we move forward newer electrical will be a bonus.

If the car was new, you could take additional 8000 deductions in the special bonus depreciation. 

I've been using a couple softwares that have been very frustrating, so I wanted to reach out to this great community and ask for better suggestions:I currently use Batchleads to pull lists and skip trace and A LOT of info is outdated - either it's already sold but it doesn't mention it, or the numbers we paid for (skip traced) are 95% bad.I would like to hear back from you suggestions to replace it with a better option, specially to skip trace.Big bonus if it also sends out text blasts such as rei reply, launch control and lead shepa.
