Thoughts on Mashvisor?

Anyone been using Mashvisor for a while? Looking for some reviews on the accuracy and relevancy of the data. Bonus points if you've used it in Buffalo area, but not necessary. I plan on using the trial to give it a test run, but there are limits on what you can see. Thanks in advance!

I have been using the site for 1 month.   

I am impressed with allot of its features.  The site does compress time, when looking and analyzing properties.   Its  strength is it is a great tool to assist in valuations.  I do find that some of the projected rents are incorrect...based on the comps in the area.

I havnt yet closed any deals ..yet ...but will keep you up to date on the platform.
