The way I read the platform instructions, I would have to enable "Professional Hosting Tools" in order to manually enter the County Tax of 5% so that I did not have to take it out of my nightly rental revenue.

We tested it for a while and then went back to the old platform, which has a clunky user interface, only works on desktop and you can not set up your own searches.

You don't want them to find out you are breaking the rules and ban not only the account you took over, but you personally from ever being able to list on the platform. 

Another option is to have the bed on a platform that can be raised and lowered so during the day its right up at the ceiling giving more headroom.
