AirBNB Professional Hosting Tools

I was stuck.  I had to add County Occupancy Taxes to my listing on AirBNB in Placitas, New Mexico.  It lies in Sandoval County, north of Albuquerque, south of Santa Fe.  The way I read the platform instructions, I would have to enable "Professional Hosting Tools" in order to manually enter the County Tax of 5% so that I did not have to take it out of my nightly rental revenue.  So, I enabled the tools and I see where I can add the tax.  There was no indication of a cost associated with enabling these tools, but I know better than that. Does anybody use these tools and how do they charge for them?
