As far as tenants are concerned. read the NY tenants landlord laws as many times as you need to until you understand them.

That might cause them to treat it more carefully.

Having remodeled numerous kitchens, I have found that at times it is easier and not much more costly to replace with RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets.Unless you just want them painted and don’t care much about how the finished product looks.

In CA virtually everyone who has lost money in CA RE did so because they were forced to sell usually due to being over extended.
