She texted me the lock box code to get in and we sent her before and after pics from August 7th through the 19th when she emailed us to leave her house.

I added 3 new 220 volt outlets from the box to the receptacle.

@Jospeh A Henke first of all congrats for thinking outside of the box and don’t let anyone discourage you for taking the bull by the horns and creating an enterprise.

See if interest only payments until stabilized.Talk to leasing brokers in the area and see what the demand is and rent per sq ft that might be achievable for that box size.

I would put it all in boxes and tell them through email/text/phone that they have 24 hours to pick them up before they are discarded.
