Are the loan approval requirements going down; will it be easier to qualify for a loan?

I'm guessing getting some kind of financing/pre approval from a banker?

I've been pre-approved for roughly a $160K loan, and have been looking at duplexes in this price range and below.

Hi Mike,I tried to delay the closing for 2 months, Lennar approved for only 4 weeks.

I know obviously there are certain things that go into it such as credit score, amount of debt, or how much in cash reserves I have but if all of those were flawless could the max be 75%.

It looks like simply taking a couple of already available pills might cure this.It's awaiting FDA approval (but they are trying to fast lane it).It's been in America a few days and now we may already have a cure--too bad China didn't think of this (they probably make the pills there and have warehouses filled with them).

I want people to buy my wholesale deals with a conventional loan and I can wait the 30 days for approval for the loan.
