We are exploring options as far as straight rezoning in High-Density Residential or working through the PUD process to gain an additional 20+ units. 40 are use-by-right within the zoning.

And I want to see what kind of options we have in regards to getting a mortgage (haven't applied for one in 20+ years)We currently live in a Townhouse (it's up to date) ARV is $250k +/- We are looking at Single Family Homes in the area at around $400k.

We are actually in the process of putting our home of 7 years on the market.
