Taking the next step
Hello my wife and I bought our first home (3 unit multi) in 2015. It has been one of the better decisions we have made financially. We are now buying a single family for ourselves near by. If it were up to me it would be a multi but that’s another topic... my question is how can I get rolling with another investment property having very little cash in hand and no close friends or family with an ability to invest. Who/where should I reach too for capital. I have the track record and multi which I fully renovated and rented consistently to prove my worth.
