I used Semi Gloss . ( yes it shined for the first couple years , but it lasted 12 years until I decided to put on Vinyl to match the house 

It's been 5 years since I used a Yardi product so not sure if they updated that.Not sure if you meant Yardi Breeze, I never even played with it. 

I started with a property manager on my first one as well and then went on my own after a year.

Where are you looking to be in a few years in terms of your RE portfolio and personal finances?
