Personally, I'd be more concerned if it did have a COA (condo *** board-not hoa) You do need to address long term issues such as repair and maintenance, of buildings and grounds, whether it is apartments or homes, and how that is done would be different.

The bank is gurarnteeing they have not caused any liens to be placed on the policy.Good luck getting a bank to give you anything else.Normally a foreclosure wipes out almost everything.

Good question :-)I guess my main concern would be that the lending environment right now is making it really difficult to do deals unless you have a lot of available capital.
