Are you handling the interactions with the contractors or do you have staff? 

Our primary reason is to get more work done earlier and faster for our clients by starting to remove some of the bottlenecks we have at the staff level - if we could find enough staff on shore, we would do that instead.

Syndicators that have multiple layers on their accounting staff (read generally larger companies) will provide some protection, as well.  

4) Poor Property Management - Where do you think a turnkey provider will put their best staff, on selling properties and making $5k+/transaction or on property management and making $80/month transactions?

If it’s leased I get a copy of that too.My PM also has in house renovation or maintenance staff, so they can handle minor rehab stuff too if need be.
