Plus its a beautiful town, prices seem entirely reasonable, plenty of tourism in summer for hiking, nature, events, etc and the same in winter for skiing, snowmobiling, and the likes.

We had a warm winter last year so my plowing bill wasn't too high, but at the same time the grass starting growing earlier, so the lawn care bill has been a bit higher.Hope that helps!
