I have seen several of your posts on here and it sounds like you are active in the area!

Nonprofit organizations, like H2O4TEXAS Coalition, have popped up throughout the state to help raise awareness, and adding your voice to their efforts is an important part of being an active community participant.

There are a couple active SLREIA members on the forums.

Memphis alone probably has at least 30 or more wholesalers active in this market.

Wholesaling properties will always be an active part of my business as I grow.

As my first paragraph stated, this all assumes that you have not had any active leaks of liquid "live" water in that area in the recent past.
