let your PM run it. during that year, you never know what could happen, make sure you have a RFR in your agreement, if you do go along with it, this way if another buyer comes along you can present the offer to him, if he can't match or do better, you can refuse his offer and sell it to your new offer you got. best bet is to consult with your Attorney and have them read over any agreement. there is a lot of risk on your part there.

But, there are active listings in those markets so it truly will come down to finding something that matches your objectives.
