As many of you know, Boston's North Shore is currently undergoing construction to build the Wynn Boston Casino resort planned to open in summer of 2019.

What I found was that it was virtually (if not entirely) impossible to get a residential mortgage loan under an LLC.

I know when I give my balance sheet to my commercial bankers they sure like that I have virtually no debt  ... you know they look at that pesky DTI stuff..

That's the max I could manage myself with everything else, which is virtually what I've literally been doing with my current Project Manager.  

@Jason Turo - we tried using Mojo's Zapier flow but we just manually copy and paste the notes using a virtual assistant. 

As they mention on several podcasts, if you simply remove coffee and insert chocolate, this is virtually an identical opportunity to the coffee farm parcel ownership opportunity.
