Books on Team Building for Wholesale Real Estate
Hey guys. Quick question, but has anyone come across any decent books on building out a solid team for wholesale real estate? I'm working with a 2 person team now, myself and a virtual assistant, but looking to scale. I recently read Jason Ellwoods book "Fire Yourself" and it gave some great steps toward hiring an acquisitions manager that I'm working on implementing, but has anyone read anything else?
