welcome to the community I am a rookie investor as well i have been to youtube University and there is tons of cool investment strategies to use out there but if your going the licence route you may want to try howard hanna realestate services and also start attending the fria groups real estate investers association i have been going for a few weeks and i have learened so much about the local market and it provides very good networking opportunities with other rookie investers and veterans in our local markets again welcome to the community  

There are two major universities and a massive Good Year plant along with the largest Army base by personnel.

Apparently the global warming, sorry, climate change discount has yet to affect real estate prices.

Honestly, the agent I chose was based on a site I went to online located in PA and found a 4 door apartment complex near Temple University.

I am in school full time at the university of Houston majoring in construction management and work full time at Houston’s restaurant!

There are some property managers that do a fantastic job of screening tenants, and others that just take the first warm body with no recent evictions and some version of income 3x rent.
