Hey! My name is Nicholas Hogan. Brand new to bigger pockets and to real estate investing! Currently studying for my real estate license in Houston, Texas. I am in school full time at the university of Houston majoring in construction management and work full time at Houston’s restaurant! I have a job lined up with a commercial/residential real estate broker for when I complete my licensing. My goal is to open up my own commercial real estate development and investment company.
