I DO feel rather uniquely qualified to chime in on this;I am the head of a 6 person all-roommate household that has been in existence for almost 20 (!!!)

I enjoy the work that I do but the catch in my unique situation is that I am married to a traveling nurse and for the last two years we have been on the go moving from city to city across the US, specifically the west coast.

I have heard Brandon on multiple podcasts speak on how he structures offers in unique ways.

I am sure that there will be new and unique roadblocks.

Now I recognize that is unique, but can guess there are other gigs out there that can reduce your rent while you save for the right type of investment property.

Unfortunately those properties are usually in the ghetto and come with some very unique challenges that usually result in failure on many levels .

Would really love some advice on this unique possibility (sorry it’s long, wanted to include all the details):A property (3,000sqft.3/2) has been on the market for about 5 months that I personally love.

One thing I'm certain about as far as a takeaway from this post is that Ohio is one of a few states that have really cracked down on wholesaling activity with regard to marketing a property that you don't own.My situation is a little unique as I have the required funds necessary to pay cash for any deals I would do. 

The Design/Build model is a unique niche that a lot of people claim they are but don't really meet the definition.
