look into the app stride, its the best app I've found for tracking mileage.

From there you can now track down **targeted leads that you already have buyers for.

I used eventbrite at first, which is free, to keep track of contacts and send out notifications but I found it too cumbersome for what I was trying to do.  

Think about getting a construction guy with a track record as one of your partners and really check out who you are dealing with.
