What do you use to track rehab projects and rental repairs and maintenance?
I have been using messages so far to communicate with contractors on project description, payment, purchases, etc. The downside is it could be difficult to find info.
Thinking getting database type app that is easy to use on cellphones and easy to use with pictures abilities.
I use Stessa for my accounting but I do not see project tracking ability. I tried ProjectCost which is easy to use but no pictures. I looked at MaintainX seems to be good. Any suggestions based on your experiences?
