Ask the agent for a Comparative Market Analysis.

We have a few LTR and are trying to jump into the STR market, but currently held up by analysis paralysis. 

I'm a realtor in New Braunfels and am going to text a few of my local lender contacts and ask them!

I’m a new investor in the area and took about a year going through the new investor journey (devour content, analysis paralysis, get lending / agent in place, start making bids but no luck, finally win one, reno / pics, get STR team rolling, STR listing active / mission complete).

If you have texts saying they are going to sign it, and you delivered it some judges/courts will consider that a lease even though it isn't signed as well. 

(Specifically house hacking) I can share with you my analysis that I have done and that may give you a better understanding of what I mean.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

One piece of advice - avoid paralysis by analysis.

@Jesse Rodriguez - Yes, that is always a risk, but just be sure that you do a comprehensive ARV analysis before you request the refinance to ensure you are at the 20% threshold.

What investors want from you as an investor-friendly agent is what regular agents can't give them - detailed correct analysis, hustle for properties no one knows about, and neighborhood finds before anyone else does and why.
