It’s on just over 4 acres but it most likely a gut or tear down.

Investors can list their property on the same digital rental platforms with minimum stays of 30-60-90-180 days and due to the reduced management input and costs can often net a similar return with less wear and tear on the property and more flexibility on personal usage. 

No sense in tearing the place apart or paying big money to fix it .

The sports scene here will also tear your heart out.

I have two projects where I ran into a moratorium on the street and because UDOT had just repaved I couldnt tear into the road for 2 years.If the city already told you that it can be done you have won half the battle.

Such as, less wear and tear than with regular tenants, you take care of all MINOR maintenance and repair ( up to a specific dollar amount that you choose) so they aren't bothered with it, professional cleanings every week, etc.

Most I know who have gone this route have worked with contractors for the company which has resulted in more wear and tear.

Included is a second unit that is a tear down (will be rebuilding myself).
