-As for the unauthorized occupant, it sounds like you need to confront the tenant, make sure they understand that all persons over 18 years of age need to be screened and added to the lease.

Example: I wanted to invest in self storage so I learned just enough to be dangerous.

So if you're looking to sell all of them to purchase one, you would have to make sure all of them sell within that same time frame as the first property that gets sold.
