I suppose if he did not it could have been a different outcome.I am building in Charleston SC right now.. and we have encroachments all over the place on virtually every infill lot we are building. on.. usually fence 1 foot over... air conditioner sticking over the line etc.. we usually try to just get an easement.. because the burden is on us when we go to get the new building permit.

They parents will pay a little more to get into a town with a more desirable school system.I personally would try to stick to the towns around me that I am more familiar with because you don't want to be the one who bought a property that no one else wanted.Tom

People calling around everyone to see what sticks go to the bottom of the pile if I have nothing going on which I stay very busy.Fine if people want to stick with that approach but it is not part of my business model.
