Duncan I see what you are talking about.But I don't see your 6000 goal, after expenses reasonable.I am talking about replacing a 50k a year gross job, considering you will save some in taxes and social security.I take home about 2500 a month, after everything.Sure seems like that income could be replaced, with far less than 6k a month?

If you think you can be an effective networker solely by engaging in social media, you're sorely wrong.

So as has been stated most of them omit key components that make up fixed operational costs.

I agree that networking with other agents is a key component to getting deals.

If I go with a REIT, my return every year is the same, but I don't get that bonus at the end.Am I missing a key component in this scenario?
