I was wondering if anyone had had any success selling a still operating STR and if so if they had any tips. 

My family has worked with agents at Ruhl & Ruhl for years, so I love that they are at the top of the list. 

Now its 1-2 but there is population growth so that drives demand.

I’ve seen a few websites about seminars/training, while google searching but then see reviews that aren’t so great.
