Hey @Agustin Rossi, Section 121 exclusion: exclude the gain from capital gains is what you want to look into. 250k single.500k if filing jointly.You need to live in the home for 24 months of the prior 5 years.

Yes I did a cash out on the duplex last summer, which is how I bought prop #2 (single family) I don’t think I have much equity now so I may need to wait a few years if I decide to do a 1031

I'd hate to see you start with a BRRRR for your first project, take on something too big to chew off and go bankrupt and/or spend a year and a half on 1 project when you could have done 5 single base hits in a given year and built up a whole lot more networth in my opinion.
