Within the last year a neighbor offered him $10,000 - $12,000 for both which he felt was probably way to low.I made the mistake of not making an appointment to see the properties, and I have no idea how to value a mobil home.

I can see you're thinking big, but you have to carry the water to get there.Trying to be as fair as I can, I see the potential business, I just don't think wholesalers have enough equity deals to spread or split profits as their buyers will usually be local, IMO.

Probably 99% of the groups on site had become completely useless.I see the same on Facebook, LinkedIn and the other majors -- I'm not sure that there is a solution.

Jon,If you read the whole $200,000 report the FDIC probably paid to the authors... what it all boils down to is that people will gamble the rent/mortgage/lunch/bus etc money A LOT more often than you think...I live near several casinos half of the year and see the results all the time....I believe the report.... do you?

You'll be recognized in that community.As a lender, I recognized such signs and had an idea of the business activity level of that company, I understood the price range of a property before work and could later see the new pricing if it was listed indicating the quality of work.If someone came in with a contract from a company I recognized, often there were no questions about that contractor.

They may believe they are making the correct amount and that you might be setting them up to terminate a lease, they may have an entitlement letter in error as they don't see the subsidy checks.
