Things are just easier when I can invest with some type of capital.While I'm doing so, it seems I've gotten a bit ahead of myself with the advertising (haha) and now calls from my website are starting to come in increasingly regularly.

I've visited the building (noticed slightly negative signs that the selling broker wasn't serious or as involved), I liked the renovations and seems like a decent fit for a rental property.

Also, they want copies of the trusts that own the various properties which seems unusual.

Hello,I am analyzing my first property with the Bigger Pockets Rental Property calculator but couldn't seem to get over the hump at what annual property taxes are for this large scale of a property?

Does this seem like legit deal or is is wishful thinking?

We are looking in Beacon, seems like demand in that town is only going to keep growing, you feel otherwise?

Texas  and a few other markets however seem more viable but i'm a tad concerned about distance.

They usually require that you pay for all plans and permit fees and have foundation in before you receive your first draw so the fact that these items seem to be in place already might make it easier for you.
