FNAM is also 30 year fixed, so stable payments (other than taxes & insurance).You mentioned 15 or 30 year mortgage.We always recommend 30 year because:1) Better cashflow which allows faster portfolio growth2) Lower debt payments, so you have flexibility to ride out any difficult financial times (you can always pay more to payoff in 15 years).

One word of caution is as an investor that having a 0 down payment home means for a while you have no equity that you can tap for anything that comes up so it’s even more import that you have good capital reserves to ride any tougher periods.
