How do I find an organization to turn my vacation rental into an assisted living facility or similar facility?  

The rent was increased from $1350 to $1800, since the comparable rentals in the area were renting for around $2200. 

I’ve got an opportunity to buy a rental house potentially for zero down, but I’m not sure if this is a good deal or not.
