How many billionaires do you recognize if you were to meet them in person, and what's the chance of you meeting a billionaire that you can recognize in person? 

The price points are set by a market that recognizes the historical long term appreciation and the minimal supply and strong demand.  

Just recognize it for what it is and know that you can get back to XYZ when ABC slows down or vice versa.

@Matt Millard I agree, the south has much more favorable laws but we can also recognize that Oklahoma isn't as desirable as a location and OK doesn't experience the population growth or RE value appreciation that LA provides.
