I really don’t get the hype behind it or any random mountain for that matter.

I mean, I've had a random buyer find my site all on their own and sign up.

Then again you get the totally random winners that never bought a lottery ticket before buying a wining ticket but to make this more in line with real estate investing what if there were a way for buy a hold investors to increase their yearly earnings by 60% year in and year out?

Yea it's pretty hard to come in randomly & get a deal with enough meat to pull out all of your coin.

As far is choosing city to invest in, do you just randomly say “let’s invest in Jacksonville,” or did you do some research on upcoming cities that are not too saturated yet?

Then select random forum threads and other mediums after a foundation is poured  Good on you to recognize this and good discussion!

If it’s just a random person, I would be careful.

I go to realtor.com, look for random cities for properties for sale, and check rental prices in the search area.
