They take up a lot of space and are difficult to fit in a standard file cabinet (since they're legal sized).Is there any reason at all to keep the paper copy of the HUD if you have a pdf copy?

The Realtor code of ethics comes into play if you are a Realtor and join your local chapter etc. and agree to be sanctioned if  a complaint is filed and you are found at fault after a hearing.Just because someone is not a Realtor does not mean they do not have ethics or vice versa.
