(of course we were all for it)* im currently looking to purchase cashsflow deals - preferably multi family i actually have some cash lying around and im looking for a good place to invest. not having a greedcard limits my options for bank financing so ill be paying cash and the area im living at is quite expensive so im forced to look for at options further away. 

.- I do not wish to conduct a 1031 exchange, preferring to deploy the profits in stock market investments at this time.Are there any other kinds of significant tax breaks that might be available? 

I am a newbie to Real Estate investing and want to begin my niche in Wholesaling, then moving forward with house flipping and buy and holds. 

Hello everyone, I'm in the Pembroke Pines areas of Broward County and I am looking for a good mastermind/networking opportunities, but  I am looking specifically for REI people and I'd prefer something smaller than my local REIA  meetings.All comments welcomed.

From my research here, I believe going the wholesale niche route will help make that happen.

We have not talked numbers or financing yet but he said I can bring in an inspector to take a look around.The last piece is that I'm self employed, earning around $30k a year, no debt, around $35k in cash I'm willing to invest, though I would prefer not to spend it all on one property.
