The question I thought I would ask is:  What is an actionable step that you make everyday that you believe is imperative and key to being successful in investing? 

Our buildings in Hartford and Bridgeport are all positive.  

Thanks Thomas, I listed it FSBO before it was totalled of course, showed it a couple of times but no luck, at that time I was asking for 5k as a down payment but now I'm not in a position to do that, I need to sell and collect because I want to invest in something (even though is not a lot of money)

It would be great to get more feedback (positive or negative) from BP Investors that are also Realtors. 

A lender is in a safer position.

So they would probably be in a very good positive Equity position? 

They seem incredibly professional, and all the research I've seen on them has been positive. 

Possibly, ask your attorney and be prepared to spend a lot of cash to defend this position in court should it come to it.

We currently own one house that has around 44k left on its mortgage and has a value of around 120k that we rent out with positive cash flow.
