I prefer concrete block.We have not had issues with termites, but the moisture here has played a role in higher maintenance costs with wood rotting from a poor stucco repair from the previous owner.

You can do direct mail, or you can spend a ton of time looking up individual properties, some people also use Facebook ads.

I have learn that my area is full of unreliable individuals, so I have opted to find GCs in the near cities rather than where I live.
