Our areas depend on a few things but would cover about 1-1.5hr drive time from Bethlehem (where our office is) generally speaking. 

Or if bedrooms with small windows do not count as bedrooms , do those rooms vount as " office" rooms ?

@Patricia BatesThey best advice I can offer you is to get the parcel number and call the local County Treasury Office for taxes.

You can't evict them and the police will be of no help. 

If you still have a concern, call a loan officer. 

She came to the office to speak to the manager (me) and she was in her early 20s with a little baby, probably 3 months old.

We are using a property management company with a local office on HHI, but they take 25% of our monthly rent plus a few extra fees.

The loan officer definitely offered it to me but I was so concerned about lowering my monthly payment instead of taking equity in cash to reinvest it.
