@Frank Hernandez   land in the path of progress is a very long time play.I have one that I bought in 1992 and it just got brought into the city a year ago.. but its still going through the development process probably another 2 years. and as long as the economy holds.. lucky for me the Indians built the largest casino in Northern CA. right across the street from me and brought in all the streets sewer water power etc. paid for the stop lights at the new intersections they built etc etc..

Haven't physically seen the property in person yet but have seen pictures and video.Will need new flooring, sheetrock repair on inside, paint interior, power wash exterior, paint exterior, refinish kitchen cabinets, new kitchen cabinet doors, new water heater, So a bit more than just cosmetic but I think doable.

I then copied the Master List over and separated the properties by zip code.My question is do I send the same generic yellow letter to every property owner including a letter for every physical property address on my list even if an owner has multiple properties?
