Personally no, but it's just something I don't like to deal with. 

Since I'll be living in one of the units, my personal preference is to find something on the newer side, which would likely mean higher rent/unit but I'm worried the higher price point would limit the tenant pool. 

If so, that is the easiest-just say you had a number of applicants and you've rented it to another person. 

But would love to chat and connect and build a team of amazing people who are dedicated to growing not only professionally but personally as well. 

Should still have about $175k in capital on hand after adding what we will personally save from our budget during this time frame also.

Its the same process as if you were using a bank but the money is coming from another entity or person and not a bank.

I have almost 400 units and we average about 40% turnover per year.Based on personal experience and networking with thousands of investors and property managers for the last 15 years, tenants tend to stay longer when they are (a) way below market rates, or (b) poorly supervised.
