Depending on the area I know people have success on craigslist as well but can be hit or miss

And as mentioned in one of the other posts, when it was done 20 years ago it did not end well for a lot of people.  

Are there any particular internet options, wireless/cellular, that people are using to manage the smart home features? 

Or do most people here only purchase if the cash flow is positive?? 

Seems like most people use wholesaling a starting point or a way to generate capital.

No one wants to rent with people they don't know, in my town groups will set out to find houses, not singles.Then as I tell the kids when they complain "Its much more motivating to come home to a house full of angry roommates than it is for me to call you a few times"Continuing: If someone leaves I put the students in charge of finding their new roommate, I don't want that responsibility.

I have done well here at BP so far with meeting people to aid me in my Real Estate ventures and hope this will be a success as well.

I was interested in other people's personal stories on how they were able to attain some of their early on rental properties with no and low money down. 

I love connecting with other people in the area that are looking to invest. 

A couple people have mentioned the water being high so that’s definitely worth looking into.
