It's pretty much all cosmetic work (not moving/removing any walls) but I'm happy with the work and speed at which things are happening. 

Working with someone hands on is also going to speed up your conversations with buyers and sellers as you borrow real confidence as your own. 

(Direct Mailing, attend networking meetings, go to lunch with prospective clients or influencers - like an attorney, accountant, etc).And during peak times of day I would always try to stay in touch with people.

You’re certainly better off than most with a zero mortgage but you’ll have to think through whether (or not) to tap into that reserve if your need is for speed.

You will be brought up to speed relatively quickly.Being a CPA will put you ahead of many in this group!

I took a quick peak of the MLS...there are quite a few decent multi unit options available downtown right now.

I utilized her services when purchasing my home, but am more interested in private investors for flipping due to the ability to skip the red tape and speed the process along.

What if we get into another housing bubble and I sell all my homes at the peak for millions and y'all are collecting 1k "cash flow"?
