I moved to Burlington township, NJ six months ago. I’ve moreover that just a few miles away, in Burlington city, there lies great potential for investing. I’m searching for local investors (in any city) to meet with and start dialogs about the potential for the area. I’d like to learn from someone with experience, so I can further my education in real estate investing.

Hey Darren! I am actually looking for the same thing, though I live over in the Lakewood Township. I am a new investor (never done a deal, but super motivated to do one within the next few months). There might be some REA meeting near you and that is a great place to find the investors near you... I've been trying to find some close to me and have so far been unsuccessful.
