Hey guys and gals,I am helping my parents find a house and we have found one with a real estate agent from the area.

The next day I called him back, after a discussion with my parents who had agreed to finance the deal for me, prepared to make an offer and he told me it was under contract again About a month later my Realtor called me again to tell me the duplex was back on the market and he’d spoken with the listing agent and the foundation needed $75,000 worth of work and he could get me a copy of the home inspection.

My parent's aren't an option as co-signers.

Hi Folks,My parents have owned property in NYC.

I think if it's on the interior walls, there's likely a bigger problem inside the walls.Second, does this allow me to break the lease without owing money, and/or am I able to withhold rent till the issue is addressed?

One of the big things I was seeing was the parents were the ones paying the lease. 

The wife passed last March but didn’t have any relatives listed other then where her parents and husband passed before her.

Neither set of our parents will sleep in a queen either.

A real estate guru in one of my groups believes that we are in an asset bubble now and its best to hold off investing for 12 months at least.Is the consensus here that we are in an asset bubble currently and if so do you agree with holding off on investment at the moment?
