What was your First Deal?

Looking to get started on my investing career ASAP and curious to hear some of your stories of your first investment deals!

I'd love to know what type of property it was, how you found it, purchase price, how you found financing, ROI, and any problems you had along the way.

A little backstory on me is I’m a 27 year old father of two from San Antonio looking to get my first deal this year with the goal to have five properties by the time I turn 30. Another big goal for me this year is to pay off the rest of our debt to help us on our way to financial independence. Any advice you have on where to get started would be outstanding! I’m new to BP but I’ve already learned so much from this group and can’t wait to get going.
