Dog outside yard, vehicle blocking, offsite dumping, dumpster diving...?

New kitchen, paint, and bathrooms outside of the bathtub.   3/2, 1300 sq feet. 

We try and mitigate with some small poison stations outside of the home in crawlspace and hidden areas.  

@Jay Hinrichs I lived in Las Vegas for 25 years, now I'm just outside of Orlando. 

If you already saw the house, outside of an Open House, with the listing agent, there will be an issue with procuring cause and your agent may have to pay a referral fee.

However that does not mean you can't start in real estate and even start investing, but you will need to think outside the box a little.

This will be my first property outside of my primary residence.

Not too familiar with 1031 exchanges outside a surface level understanding.
