Am seriously looking at renting out single rooms, student style housing, only not for students.

The best way to help yourself get oriented is to simply take some time, perhaps over a weekend, and drive and walk the neighborhoods. 

The city in itself is dominantly rental oriented, I think like 66% atleast with a fair amount of rental properties regularly.

Green is almost invisible against a lawn. 4x4 posts with 2x4 stringers and a varied styles and dimensional lumber as a cap rail looks decent, green wire looks like it is set into a frame in each section.

With the rehab knowledge it made sense to make additional money while putting our own style in a house.
